Stan Plant of Munich Reinsurance America was awarded the Roy G. Nelson Memorial Award for Outstanding Service to the Intermediaries and Reinsurance Underwriters Association (IRUA).
The award was presented to Stan by IRUA Board of Directors Mike Schummer and Christiane Gross and IRUA Immediate Past President Arlene Kern. Stan received the award for his support in structuring and facilitating a strategic refresh for the IRUA. The refresh resulted in a sharper mission and vision as well as a new annual conference format that received high marks from the 2019 attendees. “Stan brought professionalism and poise to our strategic planning process during a very transitional time in our Industry” commented Kern.
It’s another example of interdependency where skills from one area (or individual) are leveraged throughout the group, and even within the trade groups that our company supports.
