Representations & Warranties insurance is a complex solution for a complex situation. Hear from Nick DeMartini, Senior VP, Professional Lines  of Partner Re and the North American portfolio manager for Transactional Liability. He will provide a comprehensive overview of the product line including its benefits; scope of coverage and exclusions; and other key areas. Also covered will be the underwriting process; how R&W differs from other insurances; claims issues including the unique aspects of how claims are handled and damages are assessed.   Bringing you right up to date, Mr. DeMartini will discuss the current marketplace, including implications of the COVID-19 pandemic and some of the segment’s challenges from a global reinsurance perspective.
