After a capacity audience last January, Mr. Bair is returning with KBW’s current thoughts and views. Always insightful and timely, this will be even more so in light of another year of significant M&A activity and severe natural catastrophes around the globe. We look forward to hearing his analysis and views and the potential effects on, and prospects for, the publicly traded insurance and reinsurance market.
Mr. Bair is responsible for mergers and acquisitions, public and private capital raisings, mutual conversions and other investment banking services for the insurance industry. Prior to attending business school, he was a founding member of KBW’s insurance investment banking practice and worked in the financial services group of Alex, Brown & Sons where he covered insurance companies, depositories, and REITs.
Mr. Bair received a BA in Political Economy from Williams College and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
